SMALL SCALE RETREAT CATERING

For groups up to twenty, we can fully customize a meal experience unique to your wellness retreat. Our goal is to work with you and your budget, while keeping your participants well nourished for the important work you are doing.

From simple breakfasts of quinoa porridge and soup and salad lunch to fresh juices and sushi grade poke bowls, we have offerings and options.

Freshly Prepared Wilderness Foods

As an outdoors lover, bicycle tourer and former #vanlifer, getting creative with minimal or no refrigeration is a unique skill Chef Ev brings to the table. Now, equipped with science! (aka freeze dried and dehydrated food) she is excited to offer wilderness guides specialty meals for back country excursions that incorporate seasonal produce without the weight (and added preservatives of commercially available back country meals).

You will then be able to simply soak and warm meals such as spring pea risotto, red beans and rice, and spiced apple and quinoa porridge for your whole crew, with some simple instructions provided in your vacuum sealed meal kits.

Please be in touch with group size, dietary/allergies and dates you wish to start your trek as soon as possible, as the process of making, and then dehydrating it, can take some time.
